Hokey Pokey
WALT: Explain the science (what's happening) when hokey pokey is made. This means I can explain: What did. What happened. Why this happened (what's the science?). What could you change, add or improve to make it BTB (Better Than Before)
When we made the hokey pokey we were lucky for it not to burn. It was very hard to stir when we added the baking soda because we had to stir it fast. Our hokey pokey turned out chewy it was meant to be hard but it tasted better chewy. I really enjoyed eating it at the end because it was really sweet.

Kia Ora Harley, thanks for the very informative and well constructed video that your team have made together. I wonder if you would be able to explain the science behind hokey pokey without being prompted? I hope you have tried this experiment out at home.
